1) All workouts are delivered to you by email ...

Your online personal training program consists of custom designed workouts emailed to your

inbox.  The printable workout program comes with instructional photos of every exercise and

detailed written instructions that can be followed while you complete your workout.


2) After you complete your workout, update the results of your workout so we can

monitor your progress...


You will be given a page to update your workout results. This allows your trainer to keep track of

your workout history and manage future workouts accordingly.

the largest in the industry. Every exercise includes detailed written structions and streaming video

Starting Position: - Lie on your back on an incline bench with
both feet flat on the floor. Grip the bar with your hands
shoulder width apart, palms turned away from you. Lower the
bar just above your chest.  

Movement: - Exhale as you press the bar up to a straight-arm
position.  Inhale as you slowly lower the bar back down to a
starting position.  Repeat as required.
