This might not apply to all of us, but it does apply to the vast majority. Our wish of looking young and having a beautiful radiant skin is further more pressing when we see all the beautiful actresses, singers and generally celebrities, that manage to look like 20 no matter how old they really are. Then we have all the ads in the magazines and television that show us all the skin care products available on the market. All these can be seen as good examples, but one must be realistic about the way celebrities look. It does not mean one can look like one, but a lot of time they wear a lot of make up and the photographs are manipulated in special software. However there is hope and good news because the cosmetics industry developed several skin care products that are meant to slow down the ageing process and to help one get rid of skin imperfections like blemishes, spots, lines or wrinkles.
After many years of studies specialists agree that the most important ingredients in the skin care products that are called anti-ageing products are the collagen and the antioxidants. Luckily for us, both products are widely available and while collagen is available in human body as well as animals, the antioxidants are available in plants like for example the green tea leaves or the white tea leaves. Other widely available antioxidants are vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B5, B6 or B12 and the fruits acid and other natural ingredients. The problem is not in finding the ingredients necessary for creating an extremely successful cream, but in finding the formulas that works for most of the people. Because specialists determined that there are several types of skin like for example dry skin, oily skin or mixed skin, the need of creating more specific skin care products and anti-ageing products appeared.
More and more products appear on the market everyday. Some of them are doing their job just with the name and are in reality simple skin lotions without the ingredients necessary for helping one slow down the ageing process. The sad part is that they are not necessarily the cheapest ones, but as in any other business where money can be made through hoax, the cosmetic industry has its share of so called specialists that know what is best for you. Fortunately the most successful creams lotions and skin care products managed to develop a name and to be known for their seriousness first of all and for the years of research they have behind each product they are manufacturing. There are several brands that can be trusted, but it does not mean that every product offered will make your skin look like when you were 20 or that every product available on the market will work the same for each person. To make the correct choice you have to decide why you want a certain product. One should keep in mind that there are skin care products that can be used for the whole body and other products that are especially designed for hands, face, cleavage or the area around the eyes which is one of the most sensitive ones.
Products are also designed for different types of skin so knowing your type is important when you want to start using a skin care product in general and especially if it is an anti-ageing product which is supposed to improve the elasticity of your skin, help you reduce or eliminate wrinkles and lines and make you look several years younger. Having better looking skin overnight is possible with the help of anti-ageing creams and without undergoing a surgery or some kind of chemical treatment. Today’s technology and research is developing so fast that more and more ingredients are used in very safe ways to help you have younger looking skin in very short periods of times. Thus if you were not taking very good care of your skin until now, this is the time to start doing it with the help of a healthy lifestyle and the skin care products.

A recent report from the Fresh Produce Consortium has suggested that just 12 per cent of us are having at least five portions of fruit and vegetables a day.
As well as all the other health benefits, eating plenty of fruit and vegetables probably reduces risk of cancer. This is why World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF) recommends people eat at least five portions a day of a variety of fruit and vegetables.

Here’s a hint…
It’s NOT a simple matter of “losing weight”.
In fact, let’s go ahead and remove the term “weight loss” from our fitness vocabulary altogether.
Why?
