National Award Winning Article “Safer Salads”
As the U.S. goes through yet another scare over contaminated produce, this time involving an outbreak of Salmonella in tomatoes, an article called “Safer Salads” from American Scientist magazine has won a major award from the Society of National Association Publications (SNAP).
